Sullivan, Frances Virginia
August 13, 1916 - August 12, 2008
Virginia, who lived a long and spirited life, passed away peacefully, August 12th, one day prior to her 92nd birthday. She was born and raised in San Francisco and was married to the late Edward J. Sullivan, whose career was spent with the Bank of America. She was preceded by the loss of her first child Sharon. She is survived by her daughter, Maureen Fraser and her husband Lew (Cupertino); son, Paul and his wife Sally Sullivan (Great Falls, VA); son, Gary Sullivan (San Jose); six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She spent 35 years as a secretary and school registrar at St. Joseph's-St. Patrick's Catholic Seminary, and served as director of the seminary's alumni association. Family and friends
celebrated the life of Virginia at a Funeral Mass which was held on Tuesday,
Aug. 19, 2008, 10a.m. at St. Joseph of Cupertino Catholic Church, 10120 N. De Anza Blvd, Cupertino, and was followed by a reception.
